I absolutely refuse to do the never-ending Kaineng quests. When I first got Factions (at release), I started them, wrongly thinking there was a real purpose to them other than running from point A to B and then way over to C only to return to A to be told to go to ........ Talk about boring, mind-numbing and generally pointless. I only do the ones that get me where I need to go --- and that's when I bother taking anyone through early Cantha anyhow (which is rare enough). Kaineng is filthy, crowded, blighted and generally all that I loathe about big cities.

For a very long time, I refused to run a MM. The whole idea kinda creeped me out. Then I had an E/N who ran them very successfully for a while. Now I have a Curse Mistress who can change over to MM easily enough and have a bit of fun.

I don't PvP - don't know if I'd say I refuse to do it. Just don't enjoy.

Oh, and I don't cap every single skill known to the free world just for the title. I cap skills I think may be useful later. I know, I know, what a loser

I refuse to:

- solo farm
- use ursan
- play obsi tank
- 55 anything
- gain luxon faction unless I really, really have to for getting to Gyala.
- get chaos gloves for my warrior.
- like motherbleeping ugly skins because they are rare.
- buy titles
- get a cartographer title maxed. Respect to those who have but I would only do it if I can clearly see in game what I still need to map without photoshop or similar programs.
- play male necro's cause they look like monkeys.

there's probably more but this should be enough.

Things not high on priority list;

Gaining rank in PvP
Completing Factions - Quests - point A to B, back to A, to point C, which is just past B, back to A, then to D, which is just past C, etc...... Killing the same mobs over and over in 10 - 30 minutes or more, what's the point?
KoBD - except maybe by accident on one character.
LDoA - Rare title getting less rare, don't want to invest that much afk time.
Vanquishing HM - unless we do it as a guild
FoW & UW - unless it is a guild event

I refuse to:
- Suck at pvp and then justify it by saying it's because other pvpers are elitist as opposed to simply accepting I might just be bad at Guild Wars. Which is definitely the more likely reason.
- Pug in PVE outside of friends lists and friends list of other friends.

I always refuse to do the areas in the game that require more endurance rather than skill. I got my Legendary Guardian in a relatively short amount of time, but with a lot of effort; now I refuse to vanquish, do cartography, or do any dungeon (except Slaver's Exile since it's elite).
So generally, I don't like to farm unless I'm getting a better PvE skills title, a green item, or some collector's items. Oh, and I usually avoid armor like Vabbian or Obsidian just because it's too expensive (even though it looks nice sometimes).

I will never grind for titles. I did it to get EotN armour and I will never do it again.

Play HA for fun, I've got better things to do than stand around listening to people moan about builds and such. If I do ever do it it's with guildies and it's randomway all the way.

Rather than saying what I wont, I'll say what I feel is good enough to say I'm done with [insert character name]:

Protector of Tyria, Cantha and Elona
Legendary Skill Hunter + Each Skill Hunter (respectively)
At least Rank 8 Sunspear and Rank 5 Lightbringer.
Some kind of elite armor.
At least 50% of Each Cartographer (again, respectively)
Eye of the North completed.
10/18 dungeons beaten in EotN.

To stay on topic, two things I wont do:

1) Vanquishing
2) Getting Run Anywhere.

-spend money on ugly rare weapon skins that cost 100k and do the same thing as a better looking 6k green variant.
